New Camera & Second Roll of Film

So my N90x finally arrived and all my black and white rolls of film.

This time was kind of a mission to shoot and develop a single roll of film. For starters, I did not had any film with me due to the fact that I was in my dorms and the film arrived separately at my house, so I just had the camera. It all seemed to be okay at first since I had found someone to lend me a roll for the day, but as I loading the film into the camera I hit the “rewind” button on the camera before I even used it, so I messed it up.

And here it’s when my adventure started, I had to drive back home to get the rolls, comeback, shoot one roll, develop it & finally make a proof sheet of it (which I will talk about some other day). So I got on the car and drove home. When I finally got home the rolls weren’t there, they were at the post office. And there I was, driving to the post office to get my rolls. Once I finally got them I decided to take a look around Luquillo since they were a few people around and the beach seemed nice.

So I put a roll on the camera…right this time. And shot a couple of frames at the beach and decided to drive back to my dorm and shoot the rest there. As I was leaving I saw two relatively old guys having a talk on the side of the road which looked REALLY interesting to me for some reason, so I stopped right away got out with my camera and asked them if I could take a quick picture of them, to which they kindly agreed which was great. They were super cool and even cracked a couple of jokes. After that, I drove back to my dorms and shot the rest of the roll on the streets of Rio Piedras again (I really like those streets).

Developing the film was another mission. I went to the lab and asked for all the materials I needed, got my speakers out to play music and started the developing process. Bad thing of having speakers is that I got so into the music that I opened the developing tank completely without noticing and therefore exposing the film, luckily I covered it up quickly and ended up the process as it was supposed to and the negative turned out alright.

Anyhow, here are the best images of this roll.
