Early Summer Days
March 7, 2015After one hectic week of college and another one to come, my friends and I decided we should go on a small adventure to the beach; stay on a trailer the night before, wake up early and be there all day. The mission was simple, enjoy your time there. My inner mission…shoot everything!
8:00 am, it was somehow easy to wake up at that time even thought I usually wake up at 2:00 pm on the weekends. We all woke up at that time and after an hour of searching for the toothpaste (which I still don’t know how it got lost) we finally left to buy what we were going to eat that morning and the whole day. After doing all this, we finally went to the beach.
It was surprisingly empty, at least for a Saturday, we were there for about an hour or two and went back to the trailer since we were waiting for a friend that lived near by. While waiting for her we ate again and I change the roll of my film camera. When she finally arrived, it was time for the real adventure…Walk around the beach until there was no way to continue, and so we did. It was really beautiful getting to see the sunset with nobody around, just your friends and being able to photograph it, was really cool.
I shot on both film and digital just for the hell of it, check out the images below. Remember to click on the images to enlarge and scroll through.
